The Physio therapy doctor and the front reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. First time I visited them however I felt myself very comfortable and welcomed during the visit. I received very good physio lessons and good care from them.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication (text & email) from start and during (got to go back so not finished) physio very good, listened and asked lots of questions. Can’t fault anything really…. Well done

One phone call check in a month and mostly online home work.

My service was cancelled after I missed one session due to a phone error. I was told that two sessions could be missed before the service would be cancelled which was reasonable. When I missed the call, they left a voicemail to say I would get an email with details for my appointment. I never got that email and next thing I knew I got an email saying that my service was cancelled. Thank good my mental health isn't any worse because I don't think this would have helped.

[name removed] really understood me and gave great comments and feedback to help me in the future. I felt I could speak freely in a safe environment and I really got a lot out of my therapy.
